The competent formation of corporate culture ensures the success of the enterprise. A strong culture promotes correct decision making, even in critical situations. The formation of corporate culture is a rather complicated process, in which not only employees participate, but also the founders of the enterprise. The article presents the results of the analysis of domestic authors' approaches, as well as the mechanisms of formation of the organization’s culture.
