Theoretical aspects of hybrid approaches to project management and operations in regional economic systems

The article deals with topical issues of the need to modernize organizational culture in regional public administration, updating of management tools and approaches to the implementation of tasks, as well as opportunities to change the current patterns of behavior of the managerial and executive staff through the study of theoretical aspects of “hybrid” approaches in the structures of management of regional economic systems. The work is based on the study of the concept of “hybrid approach to management”, the identification of its main types, kinds and components, a comparison with flexible and classical approaches to management, establishing the highest priority subjects of the regional economic system and identifying opportunities for modernizing their activities. Conclusion dwells upon the fact that hybrid approaches to management can be seen as potentially significant for solving a number of problems in the operations and project management of regional authorities.
