The article deals with the main issues concerning the theoretical aspects and features of the use of foreign experience in the implementation of youth policy. It is shown that the issues of youth policy regulation in Russia are quite complex and multifaceted. The implementation of an effective youth policy in Russia should contribute to economic growth and improve the quality of life of young people.
