Theoretical aspects and foreign experience of physical culture and sports management

The article deals with the main issues concerning the theoretical aspects and peculiarities of the study of foreign experience in the process of physical culture and sports management. It is shown that the issues of physical culture and sports management at the municipal level in Russia are quite complex and multifaceted. The implementation of an effective approach in the system of physical culture and sports management, both at the municipal and federal level in Russia should help to improve the quality of life of the population throughout the country.
