Theoretical aspects of use of clusters in formation of competitive economy

In article the concept and principles of structurization of economic system are considered, approaches to concept of clusters in economy are analysed, a number of problems in essence research of cluster is allocated. The estimation of clusters characteristics is given, and also effects from creation are analysed. The place of cluster is defined in region economy, the estimation of negative lines of clusters in economy is also given.
