The author of the article proposes a mechanism of modern system corruption formation that is connected with specific character of the post-soviet period when the corruption relationships became the basic channel of primary accumulation. The article reveals that the organic correlation of corruption to shadow economy appears in destructive impact of corruption on economic sphere.
