Theoretical aspects of ecologization: ecological economics

This paper describes the main areas of researches concerned with the ecological economics. The author considers classification of theoretical approaches to the issue of ecologization and carries out a comparative analysis of the modern economic approaches to the ecologization concept. It is shown that the ecological economics is the most progressive approach that includes the modern concept of ecologization. Ecological economics uses traditional ecological economic instruments: tax regulators, legal norms (prohibitions, quotas), system of strict environmental certification. Its main drawback is the eco-centrism.
