Theoretical aspects of personnel security of economic entities

Ensuring personnel security in conditions of instability remains relevant for economic entities. The article reveals the essence of the personnel security of a business entity, which is considered as an element of its economic security system on a resource basis. It is based on the economic protection of the subject from risks and negative consequences of personnel actions. The main types of risks are identified, the relationship of personnel security with the personnel management system is established.
