Theoretical aspects of a technique of investigation of illegal business activities in the socio-economic conditions of the Republic of Belarus

This article considers the theoretical aspects of investigation of illegal business activities. The author proposes the approach to the distribution of forensic techniques elements into theoretical and practical clusters; this approach considers all the elements as integrity and is aimed at creating conditions for optimal investigation of the considered crime category.
