Theoretical aspects of youth policy at the municipal level

Municipal youth policy is a set of measures of local governments to create conditions for the development of youth potential. In the state youth policy of the Russian Federation, youth is recognized as a strategic resource, the main bearer of the future, the main source of innovation. It is necessary to form and implement managerial decisions to anticipate negative social events, including at the municipal level.
