Theoretical aspects of supervisory-processual production

The article is devoted to the consideration of theoretical aspects of supervisory-procedural proceedings. These aspects are largely considered in relation to prosecutorial oversight. The main characteristics of the supervisory-procedural production are analyzed, which contributes to maximizing and, in combination, optimizing the activity in achieving the goals set by the supervisory bodies.
