Theoretical aspects of organizing business games in preparation internal affairs officers

The article presents the theoretical aspects of the business game and its importance in the process of training employees in the educational organization of the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The advantage of business games is noted, which is a combination of both theory and practice, contributing to the formation of professional knowledge and practical skills. The authors offer recommendations on the organization of business games in the training of employees of the internal affairs bodies. At the end of the article, conclusions are presented that emphasize the need for business games that contribute to a significant increase in the professionalism of employees of the internal affairs bodies.
