The article deals with the theoretical aspects of professional-applied physical training of students of the Institute of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism in the conditions of the north. The physical conditions of the north create unique physical requirements and problems that need to be considered when developing effective methods of physical training, including limited resources and harsh weather conditions. The article discusses the use of technology that can enhance the effectiveness of classes. It also discusses theoretical models of physical training to provide a basis for developing effective training programs, and emphasizes the importance of professional-applied physical training for the holistic development of students and their successful professional activities in physical education and sport.
