Theoretical aspects of shooting skills improvement in the police officers' vocational training

The article considers the theoretical aspects of training police officers in effective actions to deal with service weapons in the course of operational activities. The point of view presented in the article on the process of formation of professionally significant abilities and skills in dealing with firearms is a generalization of theoretical positions, scientific research and practice of firearms training of police officers and cadets of educational institution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
