This article substantiates the relevance for modern organizations of such a category of management as quality management. The content of key concepts is disclosed, the main functions and management methods are highlighted. The following are the principles of international quality management standards and the algorithm for implementing these standards in the enterprise. In the final part of the study, personnel management stands out as a key element of the entire quality system.
