The Krasnoyarsk Region is characterized by a high level of investment activity in Siberia. Investment projects are being successfully implemented in the region in key areas: the oil and gas sector, metallurgy, the timber complex and the transport industry. The projects for the integrated development of the Lower Angara Region are of national importance, one of which is a priority investment project for the development of forests by the timber industry complex of Kraslesinvest JSC. The history of the construction and development of this enterprise began in 2007, but it has always been famous for its grandiose strategic goals, large-scale production plans and non-standard management decisions. To implement the ambitious goals of the priority investment project of Kraslesinvest JSC, set by the general investor, specialists from the timber industry with versatile and unique experience were initially required. It is worth noting that the personnel needs of the enterprise were impressive, and the terms for searching and hiring were short. In addition, the project itself had a number of specific characteristics that had and continue to have a significant impact on the formation of the staffing system. The general personnel strategy of the timber industry complex of Kraslesinvest JSC was repeatedly adjusted depending on the phases of construction and development of the enterprise, however, one of its key elements - the personnel support system, developed at the beginning of the history of the enterprise's development, - is developing, but does not undergo conceptual adjustments and, according to top managers, remains quite effective.
