Theoretical and practical aspects of assessment efficiency of projects of state-private partnership in housing sector

In the framework of this article, it was proposed to calculate the additional coefficient of public (budget) efficiency. The state and the municipality are defined as the main user of the methodology proposed in this article, since it is their participation that requires clarifying the methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of investment projects in the housing and utilities sector.
