Theoretical and practical aspects of the implementation of ethnic and national policy in Kyrgyzstan

The article considers the main aspects of the processes of implementation of the national policy of Kyrgyzstan in the context of the further genesis of state-building. The processes we analyzed were studied through the prism of comparative studies. At the same time, comparative methods are translated as a set of methods and techniques that represent specific country studies, the need for which is based on an optimal combination of specificity and general patterns. The logic of the research is aimed at using methods of comparing political institutions and macro-political data in combination with ethnopolitical, socio-economic aspects of political life in the Kyrgyz Republic. The research presents attempts to systematize the implementation of ethno-national policy in the context of constitutional and institutional transformations, which reveal the variability of various features and characteristics of political phenomena. The results of the presented analysis can be useful in the process of further genesis of ethnonational policy by state bodies in the format of a number of provisions for conceptual understanding of program strategies and concepts.
