Theoretical and practical aspects of forensic-psychological examination in case of violent actions of sexual character against minors

The article examines the importance of forensic psychological examination in the investigation of crimes that are violent or sexual in nature in relation to minors or young persons. Consideration is being given to the suggestive impact of a parent on the testimony of a minor or a minor in a pedophilia case. The problem of the applied methods has been touched upon, with the help of which psychologists make a conclusion about the presence or absence of signs of psychological pressure on a child by an adult during a forensic psychological examination of cases of sexual assault against a person under the age of 14.
