Theoretical and practical problems of qualification of offenses related to the trafficking of uncertificated securities

This paper focuses on a number of purely theoretical and practical aspects of the protection of securities turnover. First, the article defines as criminal remedies against violations of the rights of shareholders are effective now. Secondly, the issue of how the criminal- legal regulation of liability for violations of the securities laws of the Russian law interacts with other branches of the law. Thirdly, the author draws attention to the boundaries of the crime and tort in this area.
