The article presents the analysis of such notions as 'model', 'stages of modeling', 'developing educational environment'. It allows the author to determine her vision of the given categories, to establish their role in the enrichment of the subject experience of a teacher in theory and in practice. It is realized that the subject experience is the personality experience of a person, concerning his/her new formations, individual senses, and individual cognitive strategies. In the present article the model of enrichment of the subject experience of a teacher is introduced and can be used in practice both in educational establishments and at the municipal level
