Theoretical and practical aspects of the balance of informational sources

The multiple correlation of three mass media types by informational channel is described. The principles of conjoint between informational sources in the modern situation are characterized. Traditional and new potential of media types are systematized in aspect of informational balance. The threaten of TV- absolution and non-professional using of informational channels are explained. It’s system evolution is motivated by functional dynamics according with conception of Ya. Zasurskyi. The theoretical and practical implications of balance of informational sources are correlated. The content capacity is determined especially. The peculiarities of radio and TV in different periods are mentioned. Positive media dynamics is conceptually connected with social progress of Russia in XX1 century.
