Theoretical basis for the formation process of a common functional system of firing a shot police officer

The formation process of a common functional system of firing a shot by a police officer is a current problem. The need to examine this question is that a police officer may use firearms under certain circumstances and thereby legitimately cause harm. However, a policeman can be a threat to himself or to society if his marksmanship training is poor. What this article deals with is theoretical basis for small arms training of police officers. The research includes such methods as a theoretical analysis and collation of literature data. The results of the analysis will help to develop the theoretical knowledge base for the discipline «Rear D marksmanship ».
