The article discusses the issues of forming the image of a commercial bank, its concept, role and significance in the current market economy, identifies areas for analyzing the image and identifies its elements, as well as considers the influence of the image of a commercial bank on its target audience and identifies measures for the formation of and achieving the desired image of a commercial bank.
