Theoretical bases of studying the development of justice of students

After considering various approaches to the analysis of the functions of legal consciousness, we came to the conclusion that scientists do not distinguish its main function - humanistic or human-creating, while legal consciousness is the most important means of forming the properties and qualities of a certain social and legal personality type.
