Theoretical foundations of technical means of customs control

The article we are going to speak about deals with the theme of handling and researching technical facilities used by the customs service in Russian Federation to avoid breaching customs legislation. Using technical facilities improves efficiency of the customs control and supports reducing costs for it's maintenance. Hereafter we define next terms: customs control and technical means, then we classify technical facilities and review their role in the sphere of customs.
