Theoretical foundations of prevention of dental diseases in schoolchildren

Dental diseases remain one of the most common problems among schoolchildren, especially in Central Asian countries, including Kyrgyzstan. The article examines the theoretical foundations of prevention, the historical experience of the region, modern models, innovative methods and educational approaches. Biopsychosocial factors, the role of educational programs and digital technologies in the formation of sustainable hygiene habits are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the problems of implementing preventive programs and the prospects for their development. The results of the study emphasize the need for an integrated approach combining medical, educational and technological components to increase the effectiveness of prevention in schoolchildren.
