Theoretical basis for the development of functional strategies of the organization

The article substantiates the feasibility of functional strategies and their implementation in the business model of organizations, taking into account their development plans and market conditions. The types of functional strategies, the use of which in the competent work of management can improve the competitiveness of commercial organizations and a positive impact on the financial result. There was a positive correlation of development of the enterprise with the effectiveness of the implementation of functional strategies. The conditions of effective implementation of functional strategies are proposed.
