Theoretical foundations of program development diversification of special production

The object of the study is the process of managing the innovative diversification of special production at enterprises of the military-industrial complex. The article discusses the theoretical foundations of the development of the program of this activity. The results of the research presented in the article have a universal character and therefore can be used at enterprises of various branches of the military-industrial complex that carry out diversification activities. The practical implementation of these results will allow enterprises to increase the efficiency of the production process.
