The theoretical background of HIV-infection preventive measures system among young people

The article provides a review of literature and the author's systematization of the fundamental theoretical concepts for the prevention of negative phenomena among young people. The article also substantiates the need in developing a socio-pedagogical approach to the prophylactic work with all target groups in the field of HIV-infection spreading prevention. Besides, the article notes the lack of unified methodical socio-pedagogical approaches to the prevention and specifies the reasons restraining the development of the prophylactic work, such as the absence of a longterm state disease prevention concept and the relevant national programs, professional unreadiness, society unpreparedness. The summary of the article discusses the socio-pedagogical approach to the prevention of HIV-infection spreading.
