Theoretical basis of technical regulation

The paper provides a brief description of scientific approaches to labor rationing. Both analytical methods of standardization and summary methods are presented. For clarity, a multifactorial method for measuring labor productivity is presented, as a factor that most fully reflects the results of an enterprise's activities. The model links many elements of the method under study: goals (objectives) and desired results; methods of measuring performance, decisions made; developed activities.
