Theoretical foundations of innovation management diversification of production on enterprises of the military-industrial complex

The article considers the problem of innovative diversification of production, which is understood as a set of various measures that optimize the process of diversification through the introduction of innovations. Various approaches to the management of this process are currently identified at the enterprises of the military-industrial complex. It is determined that the existing methodological foundations of this management are based on the solution of individual management tasks, which, as a rule, are insufficiently interconnected. This circumstance reduces the optimality of the process of managing the diversification of production. A comprehensive approach to solving the problem under consideration is proposed, the essence of which lies in the systematic consideration of projects for the diversification of production and innovative development of enterprises. It corresponds to the new conditions and tasks of diversification of production in the modern military-political situation. The implementation of the results of this study in practice will increase the optimality of the activities of enterprises of the military-industrial complex.
