Theoretical approaches to the study of contemporary social interactions

The article examines the impact of network communication systems in the process of globalization on the horizontal and vertical segments and structures of societies. The author proves the ability of networks as social institutions to determine emergence of one or another social problem, and at the same time to be dependent on the socio-economic and political situation in the country and the world in general. The author considers various theoretical approaches to the study of contemporary social interactions. It is emphasized that the network principle covers a growing number of industries, it is particularly evident in the development of management and marketing, education, culture, business, media and so on. The author believes that the role of network structures in the public and administrative management is invaluable.
