Theoretical approaches to the problem of organizational competence

The article examines and analyzes key approaches of Russian and foreign authors to the problem of organizational competence. In the conditions of Russian Federation entering and adapting to the Bologna process, the problem of forming competencies at different levels is an important issue and often, as in the case of organizational competence, theoretical approaches can be represented in different fields of science. The interdisciplinary nature of research poses new challenges for the scientific community. Sociology, pedagogy, management and philosophy are the main sciences forming the research basis for this article.
