Theoretical approaches to the development of the concept of managing hype processes in the context of global hypercompetition

The article systematizes the scientific views of Russian and foreign scientists on several problems related to the analysis of the conditions and patterns of digital transformation of socio-economic systems. The main elements of the "hype cycle" model are considered, an interdisciplinary approach to the study of the essence of network hype socio-political processes in the conditions of increasing global innovation and digital hypercompetition is justified. New concepts that reveal the essence of hype-entropy processes have been introduced into scientific circulation. The main provisions of the author's concept of the entropy-synergy approach are disclosed to analyze the institutions of regulating hype processes in the conditions of growing chaos and increasing global hypercompetition.
