The author defines such concepts as audience culture and technology of audience culture formation. The article proves the need and the possibility of application of various methods and techniques helping to form the audience culture of children by means of animated cartoons. Particular attention is paid to the discussion of tasks and educational conditions of the technology developing the audience culture of children in the process of cartoons watching.
