Theoretical Propositions of Management Self-Regulation of Organizations with State Participation

Self-regulation is present in legal entities of various organizational-legal forms. This statement is true for both commercial (companies, unitary enterprises) and non-commercial (autonomous, budgetary, public institutions, state corporations, state company, public-law companies, foundations, etc.) legal entities with or without the founder of the Russian Federation or a Russian region. The content of initiative regulation is dependently correlated on whether or not a public-law entity participates in the organization.
