Victimhood of the marginal behaviour describes child’s proneness to become a victim of the unfavourable circumstances. Problems of the social selfidentification affect mental condition and cause uncertainty, excessive anxiety, deadaptation, which determine human behaviour. In such a way a socio-psychological description of the marginal person is presented as a range of socio-psychological features showing themselves in the actions and deeds. The author assumes that depending on the marginality type there develop various types of the marginal personality with a certain range of the psychological features.
