Theoretical issues of the innovative educational projects implementation

This study provides an overview of the main definitions in the field of innovation. Their similarities and differences are revealed, the author's understanding of a definition suitable for the field of marketing and the economy is indicated. The legislative framework for the regulation of innovations in Russia is presented. The approaches to assessing the effectiveness of innovative projects are identified, and the criteria of effectiveness and the grounds for their classification are adapted to the specifics of innovative educational projects. The most capacious and appropriate to the specifics of the educational environment criteria of innovation are formulated and criteria for assessing the effectiveness of an innovative educational project, taking into account its specifics, are proposed. Approaches to assessing the effectiveness of innovative projects, as well as the efficiency criteria and the basis for their classification adapted to the specifics of innovative educational projects, can be successfully used in the development of a methodology or algorithm for conducting marketing research, as well as in the formation of a positioning strategy in the field of education.
