Theoretical views on the structure of criminalistic characteristics of crimes committed in the sphere of narco-business

The article considers theoretical views of the scientists on the structural elements of criminolistic characteristics of crimes. The authors substantiate the necessity of including into the criminolistic characteristics of crimes committed in the sphere of narco-business such structural elements as: the object of the criminal offence, the most common modus operandi, the traces of the crime, the most common information about the criminal personality, the target and motives for the anti-social behavior, the information about the victim's personality, logical connections among them.
