Theoretical analysis of state regulation execution of state contracts (contracts) in present-day conditions

The article deals with the issues of state regulation of the economy in the field of state defense orders, primarily the execution of state contracts (contracts) in modern conditions from the point of view of the economic systems' theory. The issues of changing and terminating contracts on the basis of the civil legislation of Russia, as well as specific conditions for changing and terminating state contracts (contracts) with the legal priority of the Federal Law of December 29, 2012 N 275-FZ "On the State Defense Order", including in case of non-fulfillment contracts by a third party with the head executor (executor). Recommendations are given on the basis of the latest changes in the normative legal acts of Russia. The article was written within the framework of the scientific specialty 5.2.1. Economic theory.
