The study of the emotional sphere of an individual is currently one of the most topical issues within psychological science. This is based on the fact that emotional processes contribute to establishing the connection between the perception of the course of events and the actual activity on the one hand and the response of internal organic processes to external events on the other hand. Emotions play an important role in human life and have a significant influence on their professional activity. It should be noted that despite a great number of scientific works written by both foreign and Russian researchers, devoted to the the study of hu-man emotional sphere, there is still a visible lack of research in psychology on the subject matter of interconnection between the individual’ s emotional sphere and professional activity. Therefore, it can be stated that there is no consistent and thorough approach to managing the process of the formation of the emotional sphere of a future expert.
