The article provides an overview of the conditions and factors of economic, social and political origin that influenced the formation of management, the history of its development and formation. These factors are manifested to varying degrees both in external and internal environment of the organization which allows us to conclude that there is a tendency to develop the management of modern enterprises as a specific practical activity based on the intellectual and business qualities of managers. The experience of management is based on human interaction, the ability of managers to influence the collective of enterprises, understand various production processes, being able to interact with senior management, develop and create in new conditions.
