The ultimate goal of any company is to make a profit, maximize it, but no less important is to increase capitalization, which will increase the efficiency of the organization. This article presents the basic theoretical provisions regarding the valuation of business, accumulated the main ways to increase the value and capitalization of the company, as well as techniques that can improve the efficiency and impact of existing mechanisms of the organization.
