Theoretical usage of EMD PWVD for processing continuous signals

The purpose of the paper is to address possible usage of EMD PWVD to process continuous signals. In order to achieve this, two possible algorithms of implementation were proposed. After analyzing inner workings of EMD PWVD it was theorized that the final result of using EMD PWVD on continuous signals may result in artifacts. After that a method to counter such artifacts was proposed.
