The article represents theoretical basis of multifactoral statistic modeling of price formation for the objects of office real estate in the transaction of sale. The author specifies the notion «real estate market», its subjective and objective structure, quantitative parameters of mass process of price formation for office objects, suggests methodical approaches and studies the applied aspects of monitoring initial information.
