Theoretical justification of the parameters of the key seed diffuser of the disc coulter

The sowing process is of particular importance in the cultivation of grain crops, since the appearance of simultaneous shoots and an increase in yield affects the uniform distribution of seeds in the feeding area at a given depth. The design of a disc coulter for a strip rowless method of sowing grain crops has been developed and patented. In which, in order to avoid thickening of seeds in a row, the dividing funnel was replaced by a profile-forming device and a seed diffuser. To improve the uniformity of seed distribution, the all-metal diffuser was replaced with a keyboard one. In order to justify the main parameters of the key seed diffuser, a number of theoretical studies were conducted using computer technologies. Theoretical substantiations of the main parameters of the seed disperser installed in the inter-disc space of a two-disc coulter for the strip method of sowing grain crops were obtained.
