Theoretical substantiation of quality improvement of zinc diagnoses at firing of zinc concentrates in cop furnaces

The article discusses the causes and conditions for the formation of zinc ferrites and silicates during the firing of zinc sulfide concentrates in fluidized bed furnaces, and the article also describes measures to reduce the formation of ferrites and zinc silicates during the firing process. It was also justified the thermodynamic effect of the additional components of the mixture in order to reduce the formation of ferrites and zinc silicates.
