Based on a brief analysis of the state of research, the article provides a theoretical justification for ways to improve the situation by enhancing the quality of an operator’s training to increase operating safety and their operational control. Our attention is drawn to the effect of operator fatigue in knowledge control and training. In order to objectively assess the operator's knowledge of the safety rules for upcoming work on the basis of theoretical and logical analysis, there has been proposed a procedure for compiling tests, which forms the basis of the software package of the preoperative express occupational safety control system (PEOSCS). The problem of finding a rational sequence of questions depending on the test results obtained is formulated, the method of solving the problem based on the use of a linear regression model in conjunction with the gradient descent method is substantiated. The results obtained confirmed the adequacy of the calculations performed by evaluating the R2 criterion. It is proved that the relationship between work experience (ks), working conditions (rs), level of training and degree of fatigue (es) is characterized by a linear relationship. It means that, the influence f the learning process and the reduction of fatigue in the perception of the material will reduce the risks of injury over time. When conducting research, a methodology was used to assess the individual abilities of the learner. This technique is based on the use of a model that represents the learner as a control object. The mode of operation of this control object is determined by the nature of the learning process or control of knowledge. The study also used methods to assess the level of occupational injuries by processing statistical data. Automated modeling of processes based on the results of monitoring the assessment of professional risks of the trained employee was carried out. The article also analyses injuries in agro-industrial enterprises and the concept of a complete work orientation framework, which contributes to the active development of cooperation between all elements of the occupational safety management system. This interaction helps to successfully cope with various negative phenomena that arise in the production process. Such phenomena include: a low technical level of safety of production technologies in the agro-industrial complex, critical deterioration of fixed assets, lack of personal protective equipment, as well as violations of the reliability of collective protection equipment and systems, the level of prevention of industrial injuries that does not meet regulatory requirements, etc.
