The article reveals a theoretical description of the process of separating the biocomponents of grain material on a cascade- sieve separator with a device for preliminary isolation of coarse impurities. Earlier studies of a cascade sieve device with holes that allow various particles of grain material to pass through in order to increase the efficiency of cleaning grain from impurities make it possible to identify new possibilities for enhancing this process in order to ensure the required performance indicators of the device while reducing its weight and dimensions.
